1. Does the ConTAK™ card have a standard size?
Yes. 3.375" x 2.125" (like a standard credit card). Our cards have 1/8" diameter rounded corners just like a credit card too.

2. How thick is the ConTAK™ card?
The card is 30 mil in thickness. For reference, a standard credit card is 30 mils thick.

3. What material is the ConTAK™ card made of??
The ConTAK™ card is manufactured in a durable plastic card.

4. Is there a membership or annual fee to use the ConTAK™ card?
No.

5. Who will benefit from the use of the ConTAK™ cards?
Everybody in you family, school, club, or company will benefit whether or not they have a long medical history. Obviously people with chronic medical conditions or on long-term medication will find the ConTAK™ card vitally important. Parents should insist that their children carry the ConTAK™ card to ensure speedy notification in the event of an emergency. Seniors are particularly vulnerable people, as they gracefully grow older, they are still exposed to the every day dangers of life. Many seniors suffer from chronic medical conditions and also have an increasing dependence on medication.

6. What happens to my personal information once my order is processed?
Once your order has been processed, your information is moved to a separate secured offline database and cleared from the original database. The second database is used to store your personal information for 30 days in case a card needs to be reproduced. After the 30 days, your personal information will be deleted permanently. We will NOT disclose any of your personal information beyond our operation. All information is kept strictly confidential.

7. How often should the ConTAK™ card be updated?
It is recommended that you update the ConTAK™ card whenever the details change.

8. If I lose my ConTAK™ card, can I reorder new cards using the information I previously entered?
You can if it’s within the 30 days of your original card’s issue date. After 30 days, the only way to receive more cards is to place a new order because your information would have been deleted by then. Reordering cards with your previous information is done through a different ordering process. You will need to contact our customer service rep to obtain instructions.

9. What types of payment do you accept?
We accept the following credit cards via PayPal:

You do not have to be a member of PayPal to place your order. We are a verified PayPal Business member.

PayPal helps protect your credit card information with industry-leading security and fraud prevention systems. PayPal is a global leader in online payments, with 100 million accounts worldwide and growing. It's accepted by merchants everywhere, both on and off eBay.

We also accept personal checks, bank checks, and money order. Orders paid by check will be held until the check is cleared by the bank. It usually takes about 5 to 10 business days for the check to clear.

10. How will I know if my order was received?
We will send you an order confirmation via email within 24 hours of receiving your order during our regular business hours.

11. How long does it take to receive my ConTAK™ card?
Approximately 7-14 days, depending on your location. Rush service is available with additional charges.

12. Do you have any shipping restrictions?
Yes. We only ship to Canada and continental United States.

13. How much is for shipping?
Regular shipping cost ranges from $2.99 to $3.50 depending on your location. Shipping cost includes packing material, distribution, order handling and processing costs. Overnight shipping is available with additional charges.
